I’m Stacy Harper, founder of Nutriveda and creator of The S.T.R.O.N.G. Method™.I help women in their 40s feel stronger, support their metabolism, and rebuild steady energy through practical daily habits. With 30 years of teaching experience and training in Ayurveda, women’s wellness, meditation, and strength-focused movement, my approach is grounded, realistic, and designed to fit easily into real life. I focus on simple routines that support digestion, strength, and overall wellbeing.
