I bring 30 years of teaching experience and a background in Ayurveda, women’s wellness, meditation, strength-focused training, and nutrition. I understand how metabolism, digestion, and energy shift after 40, and help women use practical, sustainable daily habits to feel stronger, steadier, and more themselves again. My approach is simple, realistic, and designed to support your body without extremes.
