Why This Work Matters to Me

For years, I watched women in their over 40 carry the weight of exhaustion, responsibility, and conflicting health advice. I felt the same tug in my own life doing “all the right things” yet feeling heavier, more stressed, and disconnected from my body.
Through Ayurveda, nutrition, meditation, and strength work, I rebuilt my own health piece by piece. Now I help other women do the same.
My work is about making the midlife transition feel lighter, clearer, and more empowering with guidance that’s practical, sustainable, and rooted in understanding, not pressure.

I bring 30 years of teaching experience and a background in Ayurveda, women’s wellness, meditation, strength-focused training, and nutrition. I understand how metabolism, digestion, and energy shift after 40, and help women use practical, sustainable daily habits to feel stronger, steadier, and more themselves again. My approach is simple, realistic, and designed to support your body without extremes.
